Neirano Brachetto D'Acqui DOCG for its sweet fragrance and moderate alcohol content is perfect to accompany any type of dessert. VINIFICATION: The grapes rest on the skins for about 48 hours, after which they are softly pressed. The clear must is then stored in a refrigerated tank. The taste is sweet and delicate with a characteristic rose aroma. A great dessert sparkling wine, it marries admirably with light desserts and particularly with fruit tarts.
