Limited Edition of the popular Filipino rum, this Don Papa 10 Years Old has an additional 3 years of aging compared to the basic version and is aged in ex-bourbon barrels which are charred inside before use. It already catches the eye with its glamorous and refined packaging that contains an even more festive taste inside, revealing itself to be the ideal bottle for endless occasions!

Tasting notes

Dark and intense dark brown color, with bright coppery reflections, it has a very gentle nose of vanilla, dried plum and banana, notes of candied citrus peel and milk chocolate, with strawberry jam to close. Full-bodied on the palate, surprisingly dry compared to the nose, it reveals slightly bitter notes of orange and licorice and then closes, very harmonious, on the more classic vanilla and red fruit tones.

The Distillery

Dark and intense dark brown color, with bright coppery reflections, it has a very gentle nose of vanilla, dried plum and banana, notes of citrus peel. It was thanks to the courage of the Englishman Stephen Carroll, founder of The Bleeding Heart Rum Co., that the world was able to get to know one of the most famous Rums in its segment: Don Papa. The intuition was successful and the result of a pinch of courage and healthy audacity: investing in a Premium Rum not coming from the usual Antilles but from the Philippines, unjustly neglected in the Spirits field but with considerable potential. me candied fruit and milk chocolate, with strawberry jam to finish.
