The American breed of cattle, in fact, stands out for its tender, juicy and flavorful meat, thanks to its grass- and cereal-based diet. The peculiarity of this product lies in its smoking, which gives the meat an intense and enveloping aroma, capable of satisfying even the most demanding palates. The smoking process is carried out with oak and beech wood, which gives the beef a unique and inimitable flavour.
