Variant of our traditional panettone, it is designed for all those who do not like the consistency and taste of candied fruit. Our soft panettone boast a long leavening with two kneading steps and processing, in full respect of tradition

Ingredients

Wheat flour, sultanas (21.4%), butter, sugar, fresh egg yolk from free-range hens, water, natural white yeast (wheat flour, water), inverted sugar syrup, honey, Emulsifier: Mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, fresh egg white from free-range hens, milk powder, salt, cocoa butter, natural citrus flavouring, vanilla pods from Madagascar.
