The scent of citrus fruits combines with the fragrance of pink pepper.

Very versatile even in fantasy combinations.

Try it combined with dried fruit in grains (pistachios, almonds or hazelnuts).

DOSES

Mixtures based on minced meat, as a flavor enhancer in the marinade: 15/20g FOR 1 kg of dough.

For meat cut into morsels or strips 50/70g per 1 kg of meat.

To marinate and flavor whole pieces 50g per 1kg of meat.

To flavor and flavor breading 100g for 1 kg of bread.

It is recommended to marinate at least 6/8 hours before displaying on the counter
