Prepared according to the founder's recipe with the original blend of 15 varieties of Mediterranean herbs macerated with grape brandy in ash vats and distilled in botanical stills. Salicornia, lemon tree, sea fennel, sea wormwood (the precious Santonego harvested by hand in the Friuli lagoon), together with the use of extremely pure water from the Friuli Alps and aging in carats, give a unique and unmistakable nuance to Amaro Tosolini. Aftertaste of bitter orange and a finish with notes of sweet Mediterranean spices.
