Traditional Abruzzo

This delicious liqueur used to be drunk after the signing of contracts, when the Notary pronounced the formula ''Ratafiat''. It consists of black cherries and Montepulciano d'Abruzzo wine. In Abruzzo everyone jealously preserves their own recipe handed down from generation to generation. It is a red colored liqueur with aromas of black cherries, cherries and berries. On the palate it is sweet, persistent and pleasant, with a moderate alcohol content of 20%.
