Among the single origins that are used stand out Ethiopia Sidamo, grown between 1,600 and 2,000 meters above sea level, is the finest and rarest of the Arabica coffees of this land with hints of spices and exotic fruit. The Colombian superior, a sublime coffee that thanks to the geographical conformation of the country, the proximity to the equator and a mild climate allows the cultivation of Arabica up to 2300 meters above sea level with a slightly acidic taste with enveloping honey notes.
