Giardiniera Palluzzi and Bartolucci Our artisanal vegetable food preserves derive from an ancient peasant culture and express the nature and tradition of humble and simple vegetables, but with a deep and delicate taste. For the production of these preserves we use vegetables boiled for a very short time in flavored wine vinegar.
