Grappa Giare Chardonnay Aging 36 months

Jars Chardonnay

Single-variety grappa with a fine and elegant bouquet and an intense and dry taste. Obtained from the Bagnomaria distillation of Chardonnay pomace in a pot still, it ages in small 225-litre oak barrels, during which the Master Distiller carefully follows the evolution of the blend, checking scents and aromas, until a unique balance is achieved.
