
Description
This grappa derives from a mix of grapes from the most suitable areas of North-Eastern Italy. From the yellow-green colored grapes of the Glera grape, fragrant pomace is obtained which, still fresh and vinous, is distilled according to the Sandro Bottega method. The Grappa obtained is aged in stainless steel containers for a period of 3/6 months, to allow a better amalgam of aromas. Grappa should be consumed after meals. It can also be drunk cold or iced. It is an ingredient for preparing cocktails and long drinks. It accompanies the tasting of dark chocolate. and traditionally it was used to correct espresso coffee
