Gin takes its name from the legendary Norwegian sailor Knut a boy who decided to travel the world starting from Hamburg and did not allow anything or anyone to stop him, he took the liberty to go to the places he has always wanted to see, living countless adventures. The last, most challenging and daring one is to put his face on our bottle and start again, to travel the world again!

It all starts in Germany in Hamburg, which is located at the point where the Alster and bille rivers flow into the Elbe, 110 km further north-west and in turn flows into the North Sea.

The idea comes from two young people Kaspar and Martin with the project of developing a unique product of its kind. An unmistakable feature is the regionality of the product, over 18 botanicals that the producers do not reveal in full (apples, basil, cucumbers) are grown in their own right by Kaspar and Martin.

Gin is produced with great care in the Dolleruper distillery near Flensburg a 200 liter copper distillery of the Arnold Holstein company.

The distillation is repeated four times with an extremely slow energy input and in small steps the only and excellent way to preserve the unique flavor and aroma of the product.
