Color: straw yellow.

Aroma: intense ripe fruit with hints of melon and apricot. Taste: full and harmonious, with light notes of dried apricot, melon and cooked pear.

Perfect with desserts based on custard or cow's ricotta,

or cream of fresh Ragusano caciocavallo with mandarin mustard and amaretto crumble.
