LA CHOUFFE BEER GOLDEN ALE CL.33

Its name comes from Achouffe, a municipality located in a valley of the Ardennes in the province of Luxemburg.

Legend has it that the chouffe were dumb gnomes who inhabited the Ardennes forest who discovered the use of the word by drinking water from the Cedrogne spring. From this source comes the pure water that is at the base of the Chouffe.

Amber beer refermented in the bottle with a persistent and well-adhering foam.

Olfactory hints oriented on caramelized malt and slightly on sweet compounds (honey).

The taste remains full-bodied with notes of honey, malt and spices. The alcohol content manages to be well covered.

Balanced beer for its particular taste and drinkability.
