Timmermans Faro Lambic Tradition beer is a traditional Belgian beer with a long history and an excellent reputation in the beer world. It is a Lambic style beer, meaning it is fermented with wild yeasts present in the air and in the production area, which give it a unique flavor and aroma. Timmermans Faro Lambic Tradition beer is a variant of Lambic beer, with a characteristic sweet and sour flavor which is the result of a mixture of young beer and beer aged in oak barrels. This historic beer is produced by adding candy sugar to lambic. Its flavor achieves an intelligent balance between the fruity aromas and the acidity of the lambic, preserving the fleeting sweetness of its finish.
Timmermans Faro Lambic Tradition has a golden amber color and a sweet, acidic flavour, with notes of ripe fruit, caramel and wood. It has a fruity aroma and a soft, refreshing flavor. It has a low IBU, around 15, and an EBC between 10 and 20. This beer pairs perfectly with strong and spicy dishes, such as curries, meat dishes or desserts such as apple pie.
