ESTATE ULISSE VINO PECORINO IGP 2021

A lively, fresh and fragrant wine, designed for lovers of conviviality.

Vinification: cryomaceration and low temperature fermentation in steel. The wine is then placed in an autoclave with closed valves for 30-40 days where the second fermentation takes place. Aging: in a steel tank sur lies (on the yeasts). Organoleptic characteristics, pairings: straw yellow color with greenish reflections. On the nose, intense and floral, with hints of fresh crunchy white pulp fruit and citrus. The delicate effervescence on the palate enhances its freshness. Enchanting from aperitif to meals and in good company. Serving temperature: 6/8°C

Nativae Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is the result of Tenuta Ulisse's production philosophy: an authentic red wine, obtained without added sulphites and from spontaneous fermentation. A pure expression of the Montepulciano grape variety, it offers an intense, sincere drink that is tied to its land of origin.

Straw yellow in color with golden reflections, Pecorino Nativae releases notes of citrus, exotic fruit and white flowers. On the palate it is fresh and enveloping, with good acidity and a long persistence. Ideal with fish dishes, fresh cheeses and Mediterranean cuisine.

Structured, complex, but at the same time persuasive and smooth. Refines for 9/12 months in fine French and American barriques.
