Pecorino Il Rubino di Rocca Toscana is a semi-mature cheese with a strong and inviting character. Its name recalls the red color of the rind, obtained from natural treatments.

Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep's milk, salt, rennet, ferments. Surface treated with preservatives E 202, E 235 and colorants E 160b, E 150d, E 172. Inedible rind.
