Fabbri's adventure began in 1905 when Gennaro Fabbri took over an old grocery store in Portomaggiore (FE) and founded the

"Premiata Distilleria G. Fabbri".

The growing success subsequently led to the transfer to Bologna in the headquarters that still today is the heart of the company.

Fabbri 1905 offers products and ingredients for Gelato Makers, Pastry Chefs, Barmans and Consumers.

It is active on the market with both traditional products and new creations.
