South Tyrolean aperitif characterized by the unmistakable scent of the syrup obtained from the infusion of elderberry shrub flowers in cold water. Elderflowers are harvested in pristine mountain areas of Val di Sole from April to July, depending on the altitude. The grapes also receive no treatments, having been grown with sustainable practices and by environmentally friendly farmers. The draft kegs are made of recyclable material and protect the cocktail from the air, guaranteeing freshness, taste and quality. INGREDIENTS: Organic white wine (80%), wild elderflower syrup (20%), carbon dioxide. Contains sulfites. Vol. Alc. 11%
