CARPANO ANCIENT LIQUEUR FORMULA VERMOUTH BRANCA 1 LT

Carpano Antica Formula is the vermouth most faithful to Antonio Benedetto Carpano's first recipe from 1786. It is produced with white wines from a selection of vines from Emilia Romagna, Puglia and Sicily, which are processed immediately upon arrival in the cellar. To this blend are added saffron, caramelized sugar and absinthe. After a slow and laborious infusion process, the Antica Formula remains to refine for a few months. Nose: long notes of vanilla and citrus, almond, cloves and raisins. Palate: wide and round, pleasantly vanilla.
