Sekolare Prosecco DOC Extra Dry is an elegant Italian sparkling wine, produced exclusively from Glera grapes grown in the designated Prosecco DOC areas. It has a bright straw yellow color and a fine and persistent perlage. On the nose it offers fresh and fruity aromas, with hints of green apple, pear and citrus, accompanied by delicate floral notes. On the palate it is fresh, harmonious and pleasantly balanced, with a light note of sweetness typical of the Extra Dry version. Perfect as an aperitif and paired with light dishes, such as fish appetizers, salads and fresh cheeses. Serve at a temperature of 6-8°C to best appreciate its characteristics.

Excellent with raw fish, risottos, medium-aged cheeses but also with a nice plate of spaghetti with clams, with a carbonara, baked fish or white meats. L'Orso Nero Montepulciano d'Abruzzo 2018 is a rich and enveloping red wine, produced from 100% Montepulciano grapes grown on the hills of Chieti, on the slopes of the Maiella. Ruby red in color with carmine reflections, it releases aromas of black cherries, raspberries, plums, dried flowers, vanilla, cinnamon and pepper. On the palate it is warm, fresh, balanced and harmonious, with delicate tannins and a persistent finish. With an alcohol content of 13.5%, it is ideal with cured meats, aged cheeses, arrosticini and first courses rich in sauce. A wine that tells the authenticity of Abruzzo.
