Mixybar Banana

Ancient golden yellow with warm reflections, with a dense texture. Diluted it takes on a milky appearance with ocher shades. Harvested in the area of origin at the ideal moment of ripening, the top-quality banana pulp and juice reaches 30%, giving the nose authentic and rich notes of banana pulp and peel, aromas of tropical fruit that close in a delicate finish vegetable. On the palate it is sweet, soft and very balanced with a persistent finish of ripe fruit. It pairs well with rum and other tropical spirits. Rum, lime and white cocoa cream is the ideal union to create the exotic flavors of Mulata Split.

Highly concentrated banana syrup

Ingredients: sugar, banana juice and pulp (30%), water, glucose syrup, natural flavourings, acidifier citric acid, antioxidant L-ascorbic acid. The separation of the fruit pulp underlines the quality of the product. Shake before using. Dosage: 1 part syrup + 6/8 parts water.
