RUM / RON Don Papa Baroko is for those who love distillates with a very soft character, which bring all the sweetness of an excellent quality molasses into the glass.

From the beautiful amber color with brilliant reflections, to the intense nose with aromas of tropical fruit, caramel, honey, candied fruit, vanilla and toasted wood.

On the palate soft and long persistence.

The Don Papa distillery is located on the island of Negros and in about ten years, has been able to establish itself as one of the most interesting novelties on the world scene of rums.

At the base of Rum there is a quality of sugar cane among the best in the world, cultivated in the ideal climate and on soils rich in minerals.

The sugar cane is cut and processed by hand, in order to extract a thick and fragrant molasses, then we proceed to the distillation phase, carried out in traditional copper stills.

The Rum matures for a long time in American oak barrels, previously used for the aging of Bourbon.
