

Santa Costanza is Banfi's new wine, the first wine of the harvest, young and drinkable, perfect for any occasion. Obtained mainly from Sangiovese grapes, with the addition of Gamay and Syrah grapes, it is obtained through the so-called carbonic maceration of the whole berries, in which only a small part of the sugars is transformed into alcohol, giving the wine its typical sweet and fruity taste. Ruby red with violet reflections, it opens to the nose with intense floral notes of violet enriched with hints of blackberry and raspberry. The taste is full and velvety, with a long persistence. Excellent with first courses with meat sauce and soups. Try it with the classic Florentine ribollita.
