Mortadella made with pork and with the addition of black truffle. In this Mortadella the taste of the meat combines with the scent of the truffle, creating a unique and unmistakable mix. To best enjoy Wild Boar Mortadella with Truffle, slice it thinly and arrange it on a plate of gourmet appetizers. Accompany it with fresh bread croutons, mature cheeses and a splash of extra virgin olive oil to enhance the flavours. You can also add it to a gourmet sandwich or to a table set for special occasions.
