Amaro Amara, the iconic Sicilian blood orange liqueur, meets Caroni, the famous and historic distillery of Trinidad.

Thus was born a precious limited edition with a Caribbean taste.

There are only 386 numbered bottles for the new and precious collector's version of the amaro produced with the blood oranges of Sicily IGP which is aged for twelve months in the barrels of the precious Caroni rum.

The limited edition of Amara Caroni is made inside a lava stone cellar at the foot of Mount Etna.

Here the bitter in which the bitter notes of the peel of IGP Sicily red oranges meet the aromas of the aromatic herbs of Etna, is enriched by the round and velvety aromas released by the wood.

The six 190-liter American oak barrels allow the distinctive hints of citrus fruits infused in Amara to reach a new state of ripeness thanks to the softness and vanilla tone released by the wood.

The first limited edition bottling of only 386 bottles will be destined to the family reserve and to an exclusive and fortunate circle of tasters, commercial partners and top clients of the brand
