Laurent Perrier's Champagne Brut Rosé is obtained exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes, grown in the company territories located between Reims and the Cote de Beuzy, which are vinified in purity with the champenoise method to obtain a product with a magnificent bright salmon pink color.

Once the best grapes have been selected and harvested, they are fermented in steel and then refermented exclusively in the bottle, where the champagne rests on its lees for forty-eight months, at the end of which the wine is opened, dosed and bottled.
