JAS Gin Tonic is prepared from a light infusion of cardamom and juniper in London Dry Gin (one part) and tonic water flavored with white pepper, lavender and citrus fruits (three parts). Mixing is very fast and takes place at low temperature. The result is a light version with a clean taste, with light balsamic notes.
