Mixybar Plus Elderflower Syrup

Straw yellow with golden reflections, when diluted it maintains its shade. On the nose it is very intense and complex with floral and balsamic aromas. The elderflowers, almond trees and peach trees in bloom stand out. The finish is refreshing and persistent, with mint leaves and lemon peel. On the palate it is sweet, soft and pleasantly balanced. Sparkling wines and white spirits (vodka and gin) are typical pairings. Essential for Hugo Spritz, new for granita and Gin Tonic. Ingredients: sugar, water, lemon juice, elderflower extract, citric acid, natural flavourings.
