The secret of Acqua Fiuggi lies in its composition. The basin is located at the foot of the Ernici Mountains, in the Fiuggi basin which was a lake in prehistoric times. With lake sedimentation and volcanic phenomena, the soil has been enriched with a layer of silt, clay, tuff and ashes. Today the water, filtering through the volcanic blanket, is enriched with beneficial substances that purify the body and promote well-being.

How is the packaging made?

The main material that makes up the package is the paper which is used to give it shape and strength. Thin layers of polyethylene are used to make it waterproof. Finally, a thin layer of aluminum protects the product from light, oxygen and external odours. The cap, and some layers of the packaging, are made of plastic derived from sugar cane, a renewable resource
