Garlic, as known for centuries, has such beneficial properties that its daily intake is recommended. The practical spray package allows you to always have it available and ready for use, preserving all its virtues unaltered and avoiding aromatic dispersions.

Bruschetta with Oil, Cherry Tomatoes and Garlic Spray

1) Wash and dry the tomatoes , cut them into pieces and place them in a bowl with the previously chopped basil leaves, a pinch of oregano , salt and pepper .

2) Season the tomato mix with EVO Oil and Garlic Spray and leave it to flavour for half an hour.

3) Grill the slices of bread , leaving them on the heat for two minutes on each side.

4) Peel the garlic and rub it on the latter, paying particular attention to the crust.

5) Spread the tomato, garlic and basil mix and a little of the sauce on the bruschetta; let them rest for a minute and serve them while still hot.
