These Nori sheets can also be used in soups but we recommend putting them slowly without going overboard, because consuming more than 5 grams per day/person can lead to thyroid disorders (with an allowable intake of 200 ug per day).
Instructions for Use:
Cook the rice properly and then prepare the sushi rice. Put gimbap gim (sushi nori) on the mat and spread the rice on top of the gim (laver). Put some gam on the top and bottom of the gim (laver). Place the prepared filling on top of the rice and roll up by pulling the mat out. Cut with a knife into 6-7 pieces. Enjoy your meal !
