The Accordions

Naturally leavened snack filled with barley malt cream and cocoa. The Accordions are presented as waves of brioche that combine a cocoa dough and eight cereals with a barley malt and cocoa filling, in a naturally leavened snack. The new Mulino Bianco product is designed to be dunked and enjoyed, even portioned, in coffee cups.
